Led planning and implementation of a $50M classified research facility, which accommodates the development and testing of human-centered technologies for the Cyber Mission Force.
Designed and secured resources for the Defense Department's AI Center of Excellence, which is transforming the DoD with and for AI. Led the establishment of AI initiatives to support humanitarian assistance, maintenance, cyberspace operations, health, command and control, and business processes. As a Secretary of Defense priority, the JAIC was funded at $350M/year and serves as a model for other government agencies.
In 90 days, designed and built a scalable, secure cloud-hosted infrastructure to support AI implementations for business processes.
